Curb Your Cravings
Once And For All!

Starting a new diet or exercise program usually
requires that one reduces their calories in order for weight/fat loss to occur.
Having been there myself many times in the past I have discovered the most
effective ways that help curb hunger and get rid of those annoying late night
cravings.
Tip
#1 When you feel like cheating always drink a glass of
water before you do anything else. If this curbs your hunger/craving you were
probably just thirsty and not hungry.
Tip
#2 If you still are hungry after a full glass of cold
water get a piece of paper, sit down and start writting what you want to achieve
with the BFL program. Write down or re-read your goals and try to psych yourself
up.
Tip
#3 Read an inspirational passage or your favorite
inspirational quotes!
Tip
#4 Look at pictures of the body you want to have!
Stick photos of the body you want on and inside your fridge, inside your kitchen
cabinets, in your bathroom, in your car...you get the picture!
Tip
#5 Watch Body Of Work or one of the BFL tapes.
Listening to the champs' stories is very moving and inspiring. This will put you
back in your place and curb your craving.
Tip
#6 If you absolutely have to eat something, make it
something sugar/fat free. Jello, choc protein shakes help a lot! Make sure you
always have some available. You can also try some egg whites with half a tbsp of
ketchup and some salt. Your body could be craving some salt and not the sugar.
Tip
#7 Come online to our Bodybuilding
Forums and post a new thread with your craving and how you're feeling.
Chances are, 99% of the time, someone will answer your post immediately with
encouraging words.
Tip
#8 Have a diet, sugar free, caffeine free beverage.
This is usually very sweet and will curb your hunger right away!
Tip
#9 Distract yourself. Doing a physical activity while
you're craving sweets will, most of the times, help you forget about it!
Cleaning the kitchen or the bathroom are good choices!
Tip
#10 Stay focused! If you eat 5-6 small meals a day
consisting of healthy carbs and protein, your body should not be craving sugar.
You have to realize that it's all in your mind.
