8 egg whites, 2 yolks
3oz oatmeal
1 banana

Meal 2
Whole wheat sandwitch with:
3oz turkey breast
2 slices low fat cheese
tomato

Meal 3
Meal Replacement Powder
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1 apple

Meal 4
6oz chicken breast
3oz brown rice
salad with olive oil

Meal 5
Meal Replacement Powder
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1 apple

Meal 6
8oz steak
3oz baked potato
salad with dressing
